Our pizzas are truly artisan because every step is done by hand using traditional techniques. We hand-stretch our dough (never rolled), use a 48-hour natural fermentation process, source organic ingredients from local suppliers, and cook each pizza individually in our imported Italian wood-fired oven. No shortcuts, no mass production—just authentic craftsmanship in every slice.

Yes, we are committed to using 100% organic ingredients whenever possible. Our flour, tomatoes, vegetables, and herbs are all certified organic. For specialty items like imported Italian cheeses and cured meats, we source from producers who follow sustainable and ethical practices, even if organic certification is not available for those specific products.

We guarantee delivery within 30 minutes of your pizza leaving our oven. Because each pizza is made to order, please allow 20-30 minutes for preparation, plus delivery time. During peak hours (6-8 PM), delivery may take slightly longer. You can track your order in real-time from preparation to delivery.

Absolutely! We offer gluten-free crust made from organic rice flour and tapioca starch (add $4). For vegan customers, we have plant-based mozzarella and a wide selection of vegetable toppings. Our Verdure Garden pizza is particularly popular with vegan diners. Please note that our gluten-free pizzas are prepared in a shared kitchen, so trace amounts may be present.

We currently deliver to the following areas in Singapore: Joo Chiat, Katong, Marine Parade, Geylang, Paya Lebar, Tanjong Rhu, Mountbatten, and surrounding neighborhoods within a 5km radius of our kitchen. Enter your postal code at checkout to confirm delivery availability. We are expanding our delivery zone regularly!

Yes! We encourage customization. You can modify any of our signature pizzas by adding or removing ingredients, or create your own from scratch. Choose your base (classic tomato, white sauce, or olive oil), cheese options, and over 20 premium toppings. Additional toppings are $2-4 each depending on the ingredient.

We use 100% biodegradable and compostable packaging. Our pizza boxes are made from recycled cardboard with soy-based inks, utensils are made from cornstarch, and we use no plastic whatsoever. Even our delivery bags are reusable and made from recycled materials. Our commitment to sustainability extends to every aspect of our service.

We take allergies very seriously. Please notify us of any allergies when placing your order. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, nuts, and other common allergens. We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment but will do our best to accommodate your needs safely.

We are open Tuesday through Sunday, 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM. We are closed on Mondays to give our team time to rest and prepare fresh ingredients for the week. Last orders are accepted at 9:30 PM. During public holidays, our hours may vary—please check our website or call ahead.

Yes! We love catering events, parties, and corporate functions. For orders of 10 or more pizzas, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We can create custom menus to suit your event and dietary requirements. We also offer on-site pizza making demonstrations for special occasions.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayNow, GrabPay, and cash on delivery. Online payment is preferred as it speeds up the delivery process. All transactions are secure and encrypted for your protection.

Absolutely! Self-collection is available at our kitchen at 56 Joo Chiat Road, #01-03. When ordering, select "Pick Up" and we will notify you when your pizza is ready. Pick-up orders receive a 10% discount. Please bring your order confirmation and arrive within 15 minutes of notification for optimal freshness.
