By accessing or using The Artisan Slice website and pizza delivery services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
2. Services Description
The Artisan Slice provides handcrafted artisan pizza delivery services in Singapore. Our services include:
- Online ordering of pizzas and related products
- Home delivery within specified service areas
- In-store pickup options
- Catering services for events
- Loyalty program participation
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.
3. Orders and Payment
3.1 Placing Orders
You may place orders through our website, phone, or in person. By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products subject to these terms. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.
3.2 Pricing
All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Delivery fees may apply based on location and order size.
3.3 Payment
Payment is required at the time of order placement for online orders. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified on our website. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
3.4 Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. This confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order; it merely confirms receipt. Acceptance occurs when we prepare and dispatch your order.
4. Delivery
4.1 Delivery Areas
We deliver to specified areas within Singapore as indicated on our website. Delivery availability may vary and is subject to our operational capacity.
4.2 Delivery Times
We aim to deliver orders within 30 minutes of leaving our kitchen. Estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or high order volume.
4.3 Delivery Requirements
You must provide accurate delivery address and contact information. Someone must be available to receive the order at the specified address. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or unavailability, additional fees may apply for redelivery.
4.4 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for orders once successfully delivered.
5. Pickup Orders
For pickup orders, you must collect your order within 15 minutes of notification that it is ready. Orders not collected within this timeframe may be cancelled without refund. Please bring your order confirmation when collecting.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
6.1 Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order within 5 minutes of placement by contacting us immediately. Once preparation has begun, orders cannot be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to ingredient availability, technical issues, or suspected fraud.
6.2 Refund Policy
Refunds are provided at our discretion in cases of:
- Order errors (wrong pizza, missing items)
- Quality issues (incorrect cooking, spoilage)
- Unreasonable delivery delays caused by us
- Order cancellation by us
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. We may offer store credit or replacement orders as alternatives to monetary refunds.
6.3 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after order preparation
- Delivery delays due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability
- Subjective taste preferences
- Orders properly prepared and delivered
7. Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
While we take reasonable precautions to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, our kitchen handles multiple allergens including wheat, dairy, nuts, and others. We cannot guarantee allergen-free products. It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions, and you assume all risk when ordering.
8. Account Registration
You may create an account to facilitate ordering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
9. Loyalty Program
Our Slice Club loyalty program is subject to separate terms and conditions. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Artisan Slice or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.
11. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our services
- Submit false or misleading information
- Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or other customers
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Artisan Slice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Artisan Slice, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
